The Hoffmann Family
Owners
Pandion Club is the vision of the Hoffmann Family, owners of the renowned Old Collier Golf Club and one of the largest family offices in the country. The firm is led by Geoff and Greg Hoffmann, who oversee its private equity and real estate arms, respectively. Their father, David Hoffmann, is a well-known philanthropist and businessman in Southern Florida, widely recognized for revitalizing much of Naples through the family’s strategic investments and holdings.
Deeply rooted in Southwest Florida, the Hoffmanns are among the region’s largest private landowners and leading investors in luxury assets. Most notably, they own Old Collier Golf Club—one of Florida’s most prestigious private golf clubs—underscoring their deep respect for the traditions and values of the game. At Pandion Club, Geoff, Greg, and David bring their commitment to world-class experiences, land stewardship, and timeless golf architecture, creating a club that honors Florida’s natural beauty while elevating global standards in golf course design.

Kyle Phillips
Golf Course Architect
The golf course at Pandion Club is being designed by internationally acclaimed architect Kyle Phillips, whose portfolio includes some of the world’s most celebrated modern layouts—Kingsbarns (Scotland), Yas Links (Abu Dhabi), and California Golf Club (San Francisco). Renowned for seamlessly blending natural landscapes with classical architectural principles, Phillips draws inspiration from Golden Age legends like Harry Colt and Tom Simpson.
At Pandion Club, Phillips will craft a strategic, walkable course that embraces the terrain of Southwest Florida. His design will capture the spirit of heathland golf—emphasizing fast, firm playing conditions, natural aesthetics, and compelling shot values—while adhering to modern construction standards. The result will be a course that challenges the discerning golfer and celebrates the game’s most timeless traditions.
